[This rarely happens but Axel's found himself unable to sleep, and vaguely thirsty. He could just get up and refill his glass in the sink in their bathroom, sure, but that wasn't enough. So his trip to the kitchen was more for the walk than the actual water. Hopefully he hadn't woken Roxas.]

He does hear the noise, though, before he even gets to the kitchen, and though he isn't surprised to find the lights off, the fact that it sounds like there is someone in there makes the darkness seem out of place. Uh... [The darkness behind him goes unnoticed, as he's more focused on this unidentified presence in the kitchen. There is some light, at least from somewhere in the hall, otherwise he'd have been completely blind on his walk, and as his eyes adjust to the dimness he can kind of make out that there's a figure out the table.]

Someone here? [A retarded question, really, as clearly someone was there.] Do you mind if I turn the light on?

[He freezes as he hears that voice and almost feels a chill creeping at the back of his neck. Crap. He reminds himself he has nothing to worry about really, though, he's not here to cause trouble, he's just getting water. So he flicks the light on and heads over to the sink, glancing with slight wariness in Saix's direction only once.]
