[Well, what do we have here? Ventus seems to be, for whatever reason, gluing and wrapping chunks of wood together. So far the shape seems... kind of reminiscent of a Keyblade, although nowhere near completion. Right now he's trying to put together the blade itself-- the handle's already done.

But what's this for? After all, he hasn't been too bothered by the lack of the wooden Key Terra gave him for a long time. No, this is for someone else.

Of course, that's not all on his mind... As he works, he seems a bit distracted. Maybe even a tad frustrated. Strange!]

Master Xehanort planned to possess him. I guess he tried. In my case, it didn't really work, I think - maybe I was too young? [He shrugs. He's almost getting calm about this.] Maybe it did something else for him. But it could've been what made him so different. Whatever effect it had.

But he didn't seem like Master Xehanort, just...cold. He pretended to be someone else to make me go away. At least, that's what it looked like.

Before we fought Master Xehanort, I asked him to erase me in case anything went wrong. Vanitas has a lot of my strength, that's why I couldn't beat him before.

Maybe that's why he's different. I know Vanitas won-- there's no way around it, which means Terra would've been forced to finish me off.
