[Ri finally has all the bandages off his now-fully-healed arm, so of course the first thing he's going to do is strain it by heading to the nearest training room for a good workout. He's got his hands wrapped because right now he's busy beating the crap out of a punching bag. Do ignore the winces as he punches with his left arm; he certainly is. Though maybe someone should tell him to take a break, or drink some water, or something.]
