laundry day

[It kind of sucks having to do laundry every week but it's better than having smelly clothes, and he's not about to start hording more clothing just because.

Planting his laundry basket down in front of one of the washers, Riku here started shoving a small pile of clothes in. Actually reaches and peels his shirt off over his head then and tosses it in as well before adding some detergent and starting it up. Closing it, then turning and having a seat on top of it, don't mind that he's wearing only his grey boxers.]

Some were in the room I picked. [Rests his chin on his hand, leaning a little.] I considered them 'welcoming gifts'. [Hm, it doesn't seem like she can tell which one he is, time to drop a hint.]

Are you going to start wearing real shirts now instead of the cheerleading outfit?

I'm just going with what I arrived with and what was in my room. I'd rather not swipe someone elses stuff. [Who knows where it's been anyway. There's some things detergent just can't get rid of.]

Just pull them from one of the clothes rooms, and not someone's bedroom, duh. Besides, clothes swapping is very low on the killable offenses around here.
