[ The sound of slamming doors is pretty common in the dressing room, so it shouldn't be too off when the sound of the bathroom door being kicked from the inside (hard enough that it bounces back open) rings through this hall. Whoever happens to be inside hasn't noticed that the once closed and locked door now isn't, thanks to her own violence, as she's too busy raiding the cabinets. Bottles of pills, ointments, and bandages are piled up in the sink, towels are pulled out from their neat placement, and every possible cabinet and drawer is pulled open. The place is a mess, and she fits in well. Riku looks frazzled, eyes a deep orange. She's stopped the destruction for now, at least, staring down at a white box in her hand. ]

[She doesn't follow immediately, pondering whether she should bother to straighten up the bathroom, but she does follow! It'll fix itself.]

[Yeah, not worth it. Kitchen, get. He'll be looking through the cabinets now.]

I'm kind of in the mood for chicken. Is that good with you?

[She's going straight for the fridge and getting something loaded with caffeine.]

Sure.

[Washes his hands before grabbing some chicken from the freezer and. l-lol defrosting it with his powers.]

[She's pretty sure that's cheating on some level. Siiiips her soda.]

[Oh well, it's faster >>; Once it's nice and defrosted, he'll be shaping it up a bit, grabbing a frying pan and olive oil to dump in it.]

[Don't mind her if she watches - her cooking skills are decent, but the best things she can make don't happen in a kitchen.]

[He doesn't mind at all, just sliding those pieces up chicken into the pan now, sloshing all the oil around so that they get coated in it.]

[It's always interesting watching people cook. She's going to hop onto the counter to do so.]

[Glances at her, before dumping various spices onto the chicken.]

[She's swinging her legs a little, looking thoughtful. She kind of wants to say something, but... Well, Riku.]

[He glances over at her.]

What is it?

[Roxas will be walking over to the fridge to grab some vegetables out now.]

Nothing?

[Tilts her head a little, putting the soda to her lips again.]

[Shoots a 'yeah, okay' kind of glance her way, but doesn't say anything. Time toss in those veggies and stir it all around.]

[She keeps silent as she watches, resting the soda in her lap and eventually switching to looking down at it.]

[Flips the chicken to it's other side and mixes up the veggies a bit. Mmmm it's really starting to smell good now.]

[It's always helpful when things smell good. Riku glances at him again, hesitant.]

About earlier...

Hm?

[Almost turns to look at her, but instead keeps his eyes on the food. He doesn't want to make things awkward.]

... Thanks.

[It's not something she really wants to say - she didn't want to bring it up again at all, but it needed to be said. If Roxas knows Rikus well enough, he might hear the hint of an apology in it, too. For what, she's not saying.]

[Fortunately he's dealt with enough Rikus to know there's more behind it than that, and he nods once.]

Any time.

[Oh, good. Riku feels significantly lighter now that she's got that out, too.]

[And now it looks like everything is all cooked, so he will be plating it up and setting the plates on the table.]

[She hops off the counter to get a fresh drink, juice this time. Yeah, the soda's long gone - she was thirsty.]

[Flops down into his seat at the table, grabbing that potion out of his pocket and setting it up there, before mixing around some of the vegetables with his fork.]

[She leans back against the counter, looking at him as she twists open the bottle.]

Why the potion?
