[One of the outdoor rooms that houses a rather large lake is also housing one bored Kairi today. She's currently seated on a swing that hangs out over the water, feet occasionally swishing around when the fish get close enough to scare off. Of course, she probably wouldn't be doing that if she could see the occasional large shadow in the deeper parts of the lake. Who knows what's swimming around down there.]

How have you been? I haven't seen you in a little while.

I've been... okay. Alone. Nothing out of the ordinary.

[Both Roxae frown at that. And littlexas just wraps his arms around her middle. Man, he's short for a 12 year old.]

You should come stay with us.

[A-aw, Littlexas ;; Pats him on the head a little with a small smile.]

I can't do that.

[POUTS.]

Why not?

I already have a room. It's easier to stay out of the way there.

You can stay out of the way if you're never in the way.

[Walks over to give her a hug too.]

[sfgsdf blushing slightly. Not used to all this attention >> A-and not quite sure what to say.]

[Neither care right now.]

You're one of us, you shouldn't feel so alone all the time.

...I'm not one of you. Just her alternate. You know that.

You're the same person. It doesn't matter which way your lives went, you still mean the same to us.

[Just. Buries her face in his shoulder after a moment. She was trying not to cry, but apparently that didn't work too well]

[Hugs her closer at that. Littlexas pulls away to run off, returning a second later with tissues. Silly little derp.]

[Tries to recompose herself after a minute, pulling away to wipe at her face. If she wasn't blushing then, she is now.]

[Littlexas offers the tissues with a soft smile, and Roxas keeps his hands at her shoulders, watching with a saddened expression.]

If you don't want to move closer to us, I understand. But don't distant yourself because we knew a different Kairi before you.

[Takes one of those tissues to wipe the rest of the tears away, sighing shakily after.]

Is it really okay for things to be like that?

[She still does feel a bit on edge from being such an enemy at one time and hurting him like she did.]

We all accepted Riku after much worse... and I wasn't exactly easy to get along with at first either. We have to stick together.

[Just nods slowly, finally accepting things.]

[Nods back, hugging her tight one last time.]

[She appreciates it. Evident from the smile she's trying to show. It's faint, but there.]

[That's enough for him to be happy.]
