He tosses it from one hand to the other (without breaking it...!) and then ... sets it down on the counter, looking at it for a moment longer before he smirks and then turns away from it. Dramatically, that is. He's going back to his lab but plenty of people might have seem him play with it. It's got to look weird, after all...]
