[ Why do new arrivals end up on the floor? Who knows. He, however, is clad in small, silver armor--and looking quite tired. He doesn't even seem to notice where he is, at first, because he's so busy trying to keep himself upright and not keel over. He's sitting against the wall, legs spread out in a V, with his hands on either side. The way his head keeps hanging, he's obviously near exhaustion and won't last too much longer without a bed or some food. He groans, and tries to stand up, almost toppling over and falling the first time, on his hands and knees.

He sucks in a breath and pushes himself up, forcefully, grabbing onto the wall to keep himself steady. Even as he stands, however, his knees are starting to shake and he sort of... collapses to the side, on one knee. ]

I can't believe it... I can't even move.

[ooc: Profile for further information.]

[He's doesn't want to go near all that ice water on your side. It's bad enough that it's taken the edge off the heat on his own side.]

Perhaps if you help me with my wings, I'll let you have the shampoo.

They need to be washed, and I can't reach.

I've got it here. It's made to help keep them healthy, but is meant to be used sparingly. Some of my feathers feel out of place, too.

Just make sure they're all going the same direction, and be careful. They're sensitive.

[Usually he just gets them damp and shakes them out, but with another set of hands to help he can get rid of the faint scent of bird. The opportunity is too good to pass up.]

[And Riku will grow more relaxed by the minute at the feeling, his eyes closing and head dropping to rest his chin on his chest.]

[He doesn't often let people mess with his wings, but this was too good a chance to pass up. He's not regretting it, his wings spreading out further.]

Yes. It feels nice, especially when you get close to the down feathering.

[He wouldn't say no to some wing massage.]

The part just under the outside feathers. When it's dry it's... fluffy. It helps to keep my wings insulated.

[He practically melts at that, making pleased little noises and having to resist sinking down further into the water.]

[That's okay, because now it's your turn. Riku's turning slowly in the water to reach for that shampoo, warming it in his hands before moving to massage it into Sora's hair.]

[He's smiling a little as he does this, fingers locating and massaging pressure points beneath all that hair.]

[good, because he's not venturing into the icy side. the thought of dunking Sora crosses his mind, but he'll behave. instead he'll go back where it's hotter to dunk himself once he's done, shaking his wings out to get the soap out of them.]

[he's already done that part himself, so you get... to see a rather large bird bath demonstration.]
