[ You know, when Riku found this room, she thought it would be interesting to explore. A giant room with giant toys. Nutcrackers, mostly, with some other classic toys - dolls, ballerinas, wooden blocks, and porcelain clowns... She thought she'd hang around for a bit, maybe experience life as a doll. Then the giant music box caught her eye, and she just had to investigate. That's how she wound up in this mess.

Not that you could immediately tell it was her. See, the only visible part of her is from the waist down. The music box? Locked, with a keyhole. Apparently she tried to get inside... And now she's stuck. Perfect. ]

[He's not the one with the not-quite-bare legs.]

I can walk on my own.

[Huffs. She has on stockings! And boots!]

I know.

[Continues trudging through the snow until they're near the tree.]

Then there's no reason to pick me up.

[Once they're safely up the hill she'll start squirming to be put down again.]

[He's ignoring the squirming until they're pretty much right in front of the tree, and then he sets her down. As tempting as it is to just drop her.]

[She's going to smack him in the arm as soon as she's on her feet again.]

[Grumps and climbs in the tree >:|]

[She waits a few seconds before she follows. Totally not because she was looking at the town.]

[Of course not, Miss Santa-Isn't-Real. When she climbs out on Halloween Town's side, he'll be a little ways away, stretching and brushing leftover snow off himself.]

[Hey shut up, it's Christmas. Now, Riku is happy to be in pants again! But that was dizzying, so she'll stay crouched here on the ground for a moment.]

[...Goes over to her. B|]

[Five more minutes, plz. I mean. No, she's standing up, wings stretching against the binds.]

You're not "fine", no matter how much you deny it.

You're right. But it doesn't matter.

[She's up, and she looks more or less fine.]

Why not?

[He doesn't trust appearances.]

[He shouldn't.]

Because a little injury isn't going to restrict me from anything.

You mean like walking?

I've walked around with cracked ribs. This is seriously not that big of a deal.

[And talking about it from Santa's house to here has gotten her defensive.]

[Just. shakes his head, looking rather grumpy by now.]

Whatever, it's your body.

[That makes her cross her arms.]

So why are you acting like that?

Because I'm worried, possibly?

[She kind of looks like she's struggling to say something for a moment, then-]

I don't need you to worry about me.

And I didn't need you worrying about me when I was injured, but you did anyway, didn't you.

'Injured'? You mean when your body went haywire and put you in a coma?
