[ another portal out of nowhere, another new someone walking out. a Naminé, it seems, who looks more than a little confused by her surroundings. up until she spots a Sora (of all people to see) and whirls, wide-eyed to the -- ]

[ -- quickly fading portal. now it's gone, and she turns to stare around the room. where did he leave her? ]

[Portal. Namine. Confusion. Roxas is going to guess that she's probably new here. But, he should probably ask first.]

[ he'd guess right. now that's quite startling. ]

Roxas? But you're...

[..Sigh. He knows that there's a reason why people would be surprised to see him walking around living his own life, but after a few times it gets a little depressing.]

Yeah, I know.

[ she looks back where the portal had been, then back to him. Roxas recognizes her, but... ]

Do you know... what's going on?

Yeah. This place is called the Dressing Room. It pulls people in from different worlds. And, different versions of different worlds. So, there's lots of doubles of everyone here.

... What? How is that possible?

[ mind running that by her again? ]

Magic? It's like, a crossroads of worlds. And...Well, there's, no escape.

[ mmm. bites her lip, stepping closer a hesitantly. ]

How did I get here, if there's no escape? And...

[ she feels bad for asking, but - ]

How are you here, Roxas?

This place brings people in randomly. No one's really been able to figure it out. It just happens.

And...I got brought here, just before I could join Sora.

[There's. A slight bitterness in his voice when he says the name.]

Before?

[ but that makes no sense, unless he really is telling the truth about doubles. ]

Hm? Oh, right. This place also brings people in from different times too.

[ hm. she's trying to take all of this in, but it really doesn't make sense. ]

I see.

[Small smile.]

You get used to it after a while.

[ that gets a small smile back. ]

I guess you would. So, this world brings people in on its own?

Yeah. Weird huh?

That's an understatement. What's it like?

[ she's a little nervous about asking, especially since she's not sure about Roxas' opinion of her... but if she's really stuck here, she needs to know. ]

[Roxas could never be mad at a Namine. Even if she did help Diz. There's no need to be nervous.]

It's not that bad really. As long as you avoid the sadists or at least have a way of defending yourself. Also, the spells. The spells are annoying.

[And embarrassing. Very embarrassing.]

[ it's part of her nature, unfortunately. she's only more confused now. ]

The spells?

Uh, yeah. Every now and then there's this big spell that effects the entire place. And, most of the people. It could just be changing a persons clothes, to changing their personality. But it's only temporary.
