[Eraqus hasn't had the easiest time adjusting to the dressing room. First there was the attack by those Heartless, then there was the incident of walking in on Ven suffering from a bad case of hand-to-panty magnetism with a young girl the Master had never met, and just yesterday, he learned there are rooms around here that magically strip you down to your underwear. He could have gone several lifetimes without that particular experience.

Needless to say, at this point the Keyblade Master is looking for a safe location to rest up. The incident with Ven still bothers him, to the point that all he's really looking to do right now is sit and think it over.

In the end, he settles for something very familiar. The room in question is decorated in alabaster, gold, and teal colors. There are stained glass windows. It's also pretty darn huge.

He takes a seat in one of the thrones situated on the far end of the room and... proceeds with the thinking. Mulling.]

It easily could have been one for him. He is still a child. He must learn that his actions have consequences. This is a dangerous world from what I've seen. He was being careless, as well as disrespectful.

You say he's a child, but this Ven is a year older than the Ven you knew. It may not seem like much in comparison, but just as you said, this world is dangerous. And from what I hear they've had their share of dangerous situations to grow and mature from.

Though I agree that he shouldn't have been so careless with his private life, I also believe that this girlfriend has really given him someone to be responsible for other than himself. Protecting her has matured him more than you might realize, sir.

Honestly, I don't think he would be here right now if he wasn't capable of it.

[Shifts her weight, turning to look towards one of the windows.]

The exam is also much different than realistic situations... if innocents are truly in danger, it's much easier to focus on your goal in order to protect them. Especially if it's someone you feeling strongly for.

That would depend on the nature of the threat. It may be less of a challenge for him to focus on a target, but if what he said about Xehanort is true...

It's not my place to tell you what happened exactly, even I am not really sure, but I will say that there has been quite a few dangerous incidents that Ventus has been involved in.

-- then he has an even bigger battle to fight that will require every ounce of power in him. Having that someone to be there through the wins and losses to encourage him through, maybe that is just what he really needs.
