[Interesting, how the Heart of All Worlds it not cold. In fact, she is very very warm, as the hearts making her being up seem to be radiating heat. Which, melts some of the ice around the door as she walks in the room, curiously wondering how the weather has affected everyone.]

Not all cold weather is this bad, sometimes it's just a chill, sometimes it snows and is only half as bad as this. But you are right, this is not good weather to be out in.
