[Listen up, DR inhabitants: the forecast for the next few days calls for snowstorms, and lots of them. Also expect temperatures to drop liekwhoa! There will be snow, and wind, and freezing rain and the like. Dress warmly, please. And the cause of it all is in the middle of one of the main rooms, surrounded in a blizzard and ice jutting out in all directions. Approach at your own risk.

It'll melt away eventually. Almost everyone here can perform fire spells or fire of some kind, so it shouldn't take long to get rid of it all. Maybe it'll die out on it's own too.
