Oh hey look, it's a... Well, it's definitely person shaped and very tall... and covered head to toe, with any obviously identifying features hidden by the pale coloured cloak.
Discretion and nonchalance unfortunately only works when someone doesn't stand out in a crowd; when standing at least a head taller than most of the crowd and dressed so uniquely there's not much hope for the illusion at all.
