[A main part of the dressing room looks like it's slowly becoming... gloomier. If one was to follow where it lead, they'd see that it stemmed from a lab, the door open and green smoke coming out. There are two figures standing in the doorway, a tall one scratching his skull, the other holding an...arm.]

I seem to have forgotten what I did last year. Maybe I should have written the formula down.

Will the smoke be dangerous?

Nope, though there might be slight side effects. Maybe we should fan it out. And then I can start working on it again. Only two weeks left, I have to hurry!

... do you want me to get you a needle and string for that, by the way?

[ooc: Stepping through the smoke guarantees you animal/monster parts for a while. (Like cat ears, bat wings. You cannot have a full transformation yet though.)

[That makes his slight amusement fade as well. He runs a hand through his hair.]

I'm fine. [His ears are more expressive than he'd like, and lay back a bit as he looks pointedly away from Riku, even though he's trying to keep his expression blank.]

... [Sighs, kind of trying to slither closer. It's a bit hard, though, so he's kind of failing.]

Look, I'm not pleased that you didn't tell me Sora was here, but... I probably would have done the same thing if I were you.

So I have reason to worry.

... Who I haven't seen in 15 years, and was kind of angry at me.

Try balancing your weight by leaning back a little...

[He'll go ahead and try that, since it isn't like he's got any better ideas. Lo and behold, it seems to work.]

Mhmm... [Feeling at his ears again.] Of all the things to turn into...

[Riku's going to carefully slither over there to try and feel those ears. They look soft.]

It could be worse.

I guess. [H-hey, those are kind of sensitive]

[He's not manhandling them. He's petting carefully. Because they are as soft and fuzzy as they look.] You could have ended up a platypus.

... This is true. [Yes, fine, but they're still pretty sensitive.]

[Well, he has some self control, so he will stop petting Axel's ears.] And you didn't grow a tail.

Thank goodness... I don't think you would have ever let me live that down.
