[with Halloween on the way, Kai's been dreading getting stuck in a costume again. last year had been pretty bad, and he knew he wasn't going to be happy with this year, either.

I think it was more being around her than seeing her. Most of the memories are back, but they're hazy.

I don't know. Neither. It's weird. I just wasn't expecting to suddenly remember someone I forgot ever existed.
