[someone's not been feeling very well lately, and is listlessly playing with some Lego blocks on the kitchen floor. he's fighting rest, and if checking on him one might notice that he's not only burning up with fever, but also has little red blisters starting to spread across his skin. Of course, if you're that close to him you might find yourself in the same predicament in the near future.]



[ooc: anyone who so much as enters the kitchen he's in has a very high chance of catching chickenpox. ♥]

Hold on, it's almost ready. [Rummaging around in the cabinets and manages to find a packet of oatmeal, which he promptly dumps into the warm water. Then turns back to him, tugging on his wrist a little]

Get in.

[stumbles over, looking at the oatmeal in the tub doubtfully as he pulls at his shirt to try to get it off]

Where's the bubbles?

[Helps him, folding it and setting it near the sink]

It's not bubbles, but it'll make it less itchy.

[Pff- makes sure he doesn't fall and grabs the neglected duckie, setting it in the water too. He'll just sit on the toilet cover while he soaks.]

[he's somewhat distracted with squishing oatmeal between his fingers, hunching down into the water. with his fever it doesn't really feel much different from cool water to him though, so you might catch him trying to figure out which knob gives the warmer water after a bit]

[Turns the hot water knob a little, not wanting to make the water too hot. He wets a cloth with cooler water from the sink, setting it on his forehead.

Let's hope this is the last time you get sick. :|]

[closes his eyes and leans into your hand when you do that; he thinks you're the best thing since gummy worms right now, because he really is starting to feel less itchy]

[He looks like he's feeling a little better, which makes him less concerned. Starts pooling some of the oatmeal water over his back and face, making sure he's soothed all over.]

[he still has the fever, but your making him be less itchy goes a heck of a long way toward him feeling better. he's just sitting there clutching the duck now, occasionally scratching it when he feels an itch like you told him to, his eyes starting to slide shut]

[After a few minutes, he reaches in and pulls out the stopper, grabbing the hand attachment. Gonna hose you down now.]

[that wakes him up more, but it also feels good so he won't fuss about it]

[Grabs a large fluffy towel when he's done, carefully wrapping him in it. And then he picks him up again, heading back into the hallway.]

Where's your room?

[points vaguely with his eyes closed, exhausted and more interested in curling close to you]

[Okay then, heads off in that direction, occasionally sniffing outside the doors to see which one's his. He's hoping there's someone there already to take care of him.]

[Well after a while of blindly searching, he just ends up taking Riku to his room. He pulls a rather big shirt over him and tucks him in bed, putting another damp cloth on his forehead.

He's probably not going to sleep tonight. :|]

[Why yes, yes it is. Then again, he sort of likes you a lot so it works out either way. As for the room, he just needs a place to stash the clothes he grabs from the closets. And a place to hoard potions too.]

[Sits up straighter from his former slouched position and goes over, checking his forehead. Oh geeze, not good.]
