I'm told that I'm a Dancer Nobody. I'm a Lesser Nobody in an Organization of people trying to regain their hearts.

To each individual person? I don't know the details, but I assume they were attacked by Heartless and they lost their hearts.

When someone loses their heart, their heart and body are separated. The body can acquire a will of its own, resulting in a Nobody. Like me.

But the heart turns into a Heartless. Depending on the person's personality, what kind of Heartless they become can change. The more "dark" someone's personality is, the more darkness their heart contains. The more darkness in one's heart... the more powerful the Heartless.

Is someone with a strong heart loses it, their body may become a high-ranked Nobody, retaining a similar form to who they once were.

It's not your actual heart. This Heart is sort of... contains your emotions and personality. It's who you are. It doesn't manifest in a physical form until it gets pulled out. I think.
