Hell

[What can assumed to be later at night, since many are asleep, Roxas is not. Normally, he would be. But tonight is different.]

[What most people would consider a nightmare, this Roxas has every single night. He's gotten so used to them that they barely even faze his daily routine and sleep schedule. But think, then, how bad a dream would have to be for him to consider it a nightmare to his standards?]

[This one tore him awake and got him up and moving. He's shaking, wearing only pajama pants and socks as he's wandering the halls, looking scared, yet out of it at the same time. Almost as if he's in shock.]

[that's alright. once there he goes to get you a glass of water, handing it to you quietly]

[He takes it, holding it with both hands. The water can't stay still in the glass.]

[takes hold of the glass over your hand and guides it up toward your mouth, not wanting you to spill or drop it]

[takes a drink when the glass touches his lips, eyes closing gently.]

[just barely. He's still shaking, and should probably sit.]

[making you go sit in the chair now then, and goes to wet a clean dish cloth to press against your face, still trying to get you to snap out of it]

[shuts his eyes tight, tensing up that that dish cloth, then he pulls away from it and shakes his head. brb burying face in arms.]

[drops it on the table then, and rubs your back, trying and failing at hiding how worried you're making him]

Roxas... What happened?

[shakes his head, and is blindly reaching for you with one hand.]

[he has no problem giving you more hugs, and will just hold you like this for as long as you need, sighing quietly because he wishes he knew what was wrong]

[good because... clinging. And he won't be able to talk about it. :c]

[hooks a foot in a nearby chair and pulls it closer, so he can sit and hug at the same time]

Roxas, please tell me what happened. Did someone hurt you, or get hurt?

[Shakes his head. he still has no voice. But at least he knows he's not hurt.]

[worried Roxas is worried ;; he's looking around the kitchen, wondering if you have any comfort foods, his eyes landing on a box of cocoa powder]

Hey, I'm gonna make some hot chocolate. Do you want some?

[SUGAR = COMFORT FOOOOOOD. He nods. Shallowly.]

[goes to make some then, making sure to add plenty of marshmallows before handing you a cup and hoping you don't spill it because it's hot]

[he leans over it at the table, having set it down. He'll sip lightly at the very top.]

[reaches into the bag of marshmallows and nibbles one, then pulls out another and pokes you in the forehead with it. if he can't get you to talk, maybe he can get your mind off of what happened?]

[that gets a little grin, and he pulls another out of the bag he's hoarding, dangling it in front of your nose]

[pulls another out of the bag and leans back in his chair, grinning wider]

[just stares at it.] ... Just throw.
