[Here is a Ri. He is quite thoroughly washing his hands and arms in a bathroom sink, and probably has been for quite some time, if the empty soap bottle is anything to go by. If only there was a way to weaken his abilities. Locking him in a room would be useless, since I imagine that he can utilize dark corridors.

Yeah. But that's why we also broke his legs and arm. Even if he portals, he won't get far. Still, it's a big problem, so we're keeping a watch on him.

You could always locate some sort of tracking device, although I imagine that would be difficult.

Or we could keep him sedated and strapped to a bed.
