[if someone were to wander down one of the lesser occupied halls and into a particular empty room, they'd find Sora sitting on the floor in the corner, trying to disappear into the wall. it is way past his bedtime, but he'd run off from his room several hours ago, and ran until he found what he thought would be a good place to hide. so he's just sitting there, sniffling to himself and rubbing at his now red and puffy eyes.]

That part I can't answer, Sora. If he left it could be for a day, or a really long time before he came back. All we can do when that happens to someone, is hope that one day you'll see them again and they'll be safe.

[pauses, looking around exaggeratedly with his finger to his lips]

I thought I heard a rumbling noise... Maybe if we're quiet, we'll hear it again.

[settles you back at his hip and starts heading out toward the kitchen]

Sure, if you like. It might be better to stick with plain vanilla though, just in case his tummy is too sick for the kind you like.

[kitchen, get! he'll be setting you down at one of the table's chairs, then looking to see if there's macaroni]

[turns to see what you're into, and smoothly plucks that cupcake out of reach]

Nuh uh, you're already getting ice cream, and the cupcakes might belong to someone.
