[The door to this closet is wide open, and inside there seems to be all manner of formal wear. Red's casually going through some of the suits there, a blue lollipop in his mouth. A masquerade... slightly more his thing than the last ball.]

[oh man, imagine the day when Sora asks him what he wants for dinner, and he answers "snake on a stick!"]

[Taps his chin thoughtfully.]

Pleeeease? Pretty pretty please? With a bug on top?

Alright, but you gotta keep away when I bring 'em out. Pretty sure someone'd kill me if one bit you and you died.

I'll be good! You won't even know I'm here 'til it's time to eat!

[Picks Sora up, depositing him on top of the fridge.]

Stay here. They won't be able to get you.

[is quite high up! he swings his legs a little, watching with all sorts of interest.]

Are you gonna fry it up? Or are you gonna put it in a pot? Or, or are you gonna eat it alive?

[Kid you are his new best friend. He starts unlocking it, keeping a hip pressed against it so it doesn't spring open.]

Probably fried.

Wowww! I bet you put ketchup on it and bite its head right off!

[all sorts of amazed!]

Not quite.

[Opens the drawer, and a very large snake springs out at him, fangs bared. This thing looks like it could probably swallow Sora if it really tried. Who knows how it fit in the drawer.]

Ahh!!

[scoots away from the edge of the fridge! it's just now occurring to him that he'd make a fine side dish if that snake manages to eat Red.]

[Luckily Red's quite used to wrestling his food and gets a good hold on the snake, making sure it doesn't bite him. He does glance back at Sora though.]

Hey kid, how are you around blood?

Don't let it eat me!!! I like my blood!!

[as long as it isn't his blood, he'll probably learn to get over it.]

I meant the snake's blood. I'm gonna have to chop its head off if we want to eat it.

[Doesn't seem to be having a whole lot of trouble with the snake, despite its size and his... well, he's tall but he's very thin.]

Ewwww! Really?

[pokes his head over the edge of the fridge.]

O-okay! Go ahead!

Alright.

[Some quick moves and the snake's head is being pinned to the side of the counter with his foot, and he's pulling a large knife from his pocket. Do not question how it fits in there.]

[Sora's eyes are the size of dinner plates over here.]

[Aaaand a quick stab has the head and body separated, the long body flailing and curling wildly before going still.]

[and Sora is successfully traumatized!]

Eewwwwww!!!

[Wipes the knife off on a cloth conveniently on the counter and pockets it again, looking over.]

You know any meat you eat came from an animal that had to be killed, right? That's just the way it is.
