[ The dressing room is a busy place today, people buzzing around, doing different things. In the kitchen, in the lounge rooms, down the halls and 'outside' (so to speak). Some are exploring new rooms, some are falling victim to the usual pranks of the world, and some are finding new ways to entertain themselves. Whatever the case, it seems like a good day for socializing.]

[Ienzo can definitely tell it's busy. He just so happens to be carrying some more samples of different substances in jars and some books, trying not to trip.]

[asks the Kairi walking from the direction of the kitchen. she's nibbling on an ice cream sandwich, dressed in her PJs, oddly enough.]

[o hey! Smiles, coming closer to her.]

I certainly wouldn't mind.

[smiles and holds out her free hand. the other's just a little too sticky.]

What's up?

[Well that gets a little laugh out of him, but he gladly takes her hand]

Oh, not much. I was in the midst of gathering research specimens, but otherwise my time has been rather uneventful.

[takes another bite out of the melting sandwich, nodding.]

What're you researching now?

At the moment? A few substances from the laboratory, but I assure you that I've been careful.

I believe you! I'm just curious. What kind of stuff?

I'm not entirely sure yet, although the vials are ones that I haven't seen during previous visits. This is why I intend to test them.

Test them... how, exactly?

[ohhh boy.]

Well, I could always test their effects on plants on insects. I'd rather not test them on myself as I had done nearly a year ago.

Yeah, that's probably a good idea. Not testing them on yourself, I mean. But, you don't have any idea what they do?

Unfortunately, I don't. They weren't even properly labeled.

Huh. Well, I'd ask what they were around, but you can never tell in this place.

[l-laugh]

Quite true. So, what have you been up to as of late?

I just woke up.

[yes, she knows how late it is.]

Your sleeping habits certainly seem odd, if you don't mind me saying, Kairi... Did you stay up late?

I stayed up all night playing games again.

[he shakes his head]

You ought to sleep better, you know. It's much healthier.

I do! Most of the time. I just got so into it, and next thing I knew, it was six in the morning.

[kind of sheepish.]

[Tsk, tsk. He'll give her a smile nonetheless.]

It's alright, Kairi. I admit that I'm a bit guilty of poor sleeping habits at times as well.

I know. At least I haven't fallen asleep on myself. ...Much.

Much? Well, it's still best to be a bit more cautious. I wouldn't want to worry too much about you.

[laughs.]

Don't worry, I'm getting enough sleep. I'll fix myself this week, probably.

I don't doubt it, Kairi. I suppose you're merely enthusiastic, which is far from a bad thing.
