[yawning Kai is covering his mouth as he yawns, walking towards the kitchen. he looks like he's woken up from a pretty good sleep, and there's a rather large snake following him. rather large as in boa constrictor-large. he doesn't seem bothered by it.]

His name is Tobias and he's not an it. Riku asked him to watch me when I went and exhausted myself fighting, because he had to go check on someone and couldn't hang around to keep an eye on me.

I have been resting. I slept pretty much from the fight until now.

Well until recently I was still all darkness from that spell that messed up everyone's powers. But I'd learned some stuff while I was like that, and used my light the same way during the fight, even though I'd never done it before.

[and he's not a kid. he's almost fifteen, if not already.]
