[Kurt's always one for the outdoors... so in this case, that means there's a Heartless sitting by a wall in the shade.
He's passing a ball of darkness around his hands, just idly working with it, letting it flow - the way things are? It hardly seems worth trying to hide what he is at all... so why not enjoy it in even little ways? And if he's going to be training others in its use, well - better practice.

He does look up, occasionally. Not as if he isn't used to the sun, but sometimes he can't help but wish...]

[She sighs, then smiles.]

Right.

[He smiles back.]

I think we'd best leave it there for today. I'll introduce further techniques later. For now, though... just practice. Experiment. See what you can do with what I've shown you so far.

[Nods.]

Right. I'll do that.

You'll do well with it. I'm sure of it.

[Grins.]

[He gives a warm chuckle. Oh, this is going to prove interesting, he thinks... both to see a friend progress in her study, and to see another walking into the darkness.]

It's complex to learn. But from what you've shown me so far? I've got no reason not to have every confidence in your abilities.

[She chuckles.]

I'm a quick learner. Well, most of the time at least.

'Most of the time'? [He grins. He's learning to joke, it seems.] Still. That's good to know, then.

[She laughs.]

Yeah well, sometimes it takes a while.

[Just grins. She's in a good mood it seems.]

Well, these things happen... [though he's not going to own up to some of his own problems, it seems.] All part of the way things are. Getting there's the important thing.

[Nods.]

Yup.

[And he laughs, all friendly.]

[And she laughs with him.]

[In a while, he takes a breath, sighs.]

When you want to attempt anything further, or if you have an idea, come look for me. I'll see what we can do.

[She nods, smiling.]

Right. Will do.

[And a nod back.]

It's settled, then.

[She nods again, before giving a small sigh. Looks like the lesson took more out of her than she thought.]

[He smiles, sympathetic.]

How are you feeling after all that?

A little tired, but overall, I'm fine.

That's a good sign. I'm not surprised it would be tiring... go on. Relax, rest. You deserve it.

[She smiles, and just flops backwards onto the ground, looking up at the sky.]
