[Down the hall, to the left- what's there? A door, an open one, leading to a vast expanse of savanna. In the distance is an extremely large, oddly shaped rock. Just inside the door is a red-tinged jackal pup, with slightly spiked fur along its spine and a number of long scars over its sides and belly. It seems to be having just a little trouble walking, tripping over its own paws.]

This is stupid!

[omg omg. can't help stepping inside to see what this room is, because outdoors! poofs into a long-legged hyena, his bijuu influencing how he looks and giving him dark stripes on pale-coffee-colored fur, hooves, and eight tails. his bristly, spiky mane, the length of his spine, is tipped with red. trots over to the jackal pup, sitting down next to him.]

Not it's not, I can't walk right!

[Case in point, he just basically did a somersault after tripping.]

You'll get used to it, you just have to keep practicing. Here, you're not--

[gets up again and ducks his head, grabbing the scruff of the pup's neck in his teeth and pulling him up to his feet.]

You need to pick your feet up a little higher. That's why you keep tripping. And you're still trying to walk like you've got two legs, not four. Your center of gravity's different now, see?

[walks around in front of him, showing how much his front legs are involved now]

[He flails when the odd hyena grabs him, then pouts as best as he can, but tries to do as directed.]

[Eventually he gets the hang of it. For the most part, anyway; he's still wobbling quite a bit, but he's not falling over or tripping on himself.]

...why do you have so many tails?

Eh, got a thing sealed inside me that has eight tails. He's probably effecting what I look like.

[turns to try and glance over his shoulder, flicking the tails into his line of sight]

[Trots over, putting a paw down on one of the tails.]

[whisks the others away from him, bopping him in the nose with one of them]

Well, it's sort of like having someone else in your head with you. But he's trapped in there, and I can access his powers and abilities and talk to him and stuff.

Yeah, it is pretty weird, but I'm used to it.

[What no, stop that. Bats at it, grrring. And then pauses to look surprised at himself for grrring.]

[grins at him, muzzle crinkling in amusement, and keeps bapping him with it and swishing it away when he tries to pounce on it.]

[Well at least this is a good way to practice movement. He'll just keep on trying to get it.]

[lololol lets him catch it once in a while and gnaw on it or whatever, attention partially on the big rock in the distance, and any wildlife there might be elsewhere like birds or bugs or something.]

[Gnawgnawgnaw. There are definitely a birds and bugs around, even a couple rodents and the like. Just no larger animals, and nothing that can talk.]
