Only now does she stop to calm Akane. While she's at it, she turns her around in the sling to face her, so she doesn't have to see her dead dad. Although, really, the kid's only three months old; she's likely too young to remember any of this.

With the necessary adjustments made, Larxene drops to her knees next to Axel's body. He's still somewhat warm, the pooled blood sticky: he hasn't been dead long.]

What the fuck, Romeo... You told me you wouldn't do this again.

[Her voice is dull and flat, such a contrast to her treatment of Kai earlier. Perhaps that burst of rage burned her out "emotionally" for the time being.]
