[Sora's managed to squeak by spells this time around, but it's highly unusual to see him up and about so late at night. he's seated against a wall in the hallway nearby his room, head propped up against the wall as he reaches over to draw all over it with a crayon.]

[normally he'd know better than to scribble on the wall, but Sora doesn't really seem too concerned. he isn't really drawing anything in particular, either.]

[looks relieved! so much in fact, that it doesn't occur to him that this new, mysterious person is somehow speaking without a mouth.]

[it's been a while since Riku's been around, but he's here now, squatting down in front of Sora.]

[smiles a bit, and holds his arms up to Riku.]

[he's not entirely sure what Sora wants with a gesture like that - does he want a hug? to be picked up? - so he settles for pressing his larger hands up against his smaller ones for now.]

[that's fine by Sora; he marvels at how tiny his hands are in comparison to Riku's.]

Nothin'. Drawing on the wall!

[luckily, Riku's a laid-back kind of guy, so there won't be much scolding from him-- none at all, in fact. he offers a half smile, hands sliding away as he moves to sit next to Sora, knee bent with one arm resting on it.]

[sits there in silence for a few minutes, scrutinizing the scribbles he's spent the last ten minutes or so making.]
