[Someone hasn't been feeling so great over the last couple of days. He dismissed it as just a bug at first, but by now he's convinced; he's spent a while in the bathroom, puking up his breakfast along with a bit of blood. Not exactly the way he would have liked to celebrate getting a year older, but hey.]

[A dog is trotting in, sniffing the other's neck with his wet nose while a distant jingle was getting louder from the hallway closeby. Pet him, he's a good boy.]

[He's moving Kai out of the way to fish out a washcloth from under the sink, running cold water on it before pressing it to the back of Riku's neck to help.]
