cloudy skies ahead

[there's a quiet 'pop!' and what looks like a tiny storm cloud appears some ways up in the main area. it bobs around a bit as though searching for something before just parking itself about six feet in the air in the middle of the room, quiet grumbling escaping it.]

[there is one confused Riku sitting on the couch, an open book now lying on her legs. she's... staring at the storm cloud, not really surprised, but wondering what happens to be going on now.]

[eventually, a Sora sticks their head out of the cloud, never mind that it's not big enough to hide his entire body, yet none of the rest of him is visible.]

Aw man, Mar's gonna kill meeeee.

[straightens when he moves, setting the book down beside her.]

I don't know how you got here, but you're basically stuck in a dimensional crossroads full of people from alternate universes, and they all look like you or someone you know. There's no way out, so find a place to stay and make yourself comfortable.
