[Someone was laying on his stomach next to the pool with his hand dipping in the cooling water to help his throbbing head. It felt hot even with the AC in the dressing room blasting, he didn't know why.
But he was wearing a random t-shirt he fished out of a nearby closet and some swim trunks, lounging around in the pool room. It was a bit quiet, but he kind of liked it. Just...hopefully it wouldn't become an eerie silence soon.]

[Oh, but sir. He's been waiting for you in their room for the longest time..Sora could hardly believe the voice that was calling his name, maybe he was sick. He was probably hearing things..]

...A-Axel?

[He sat up a bit, turning his head to see the familiar red spikes and absinthe eyes that could make him melt. Now, he wasn't crying. So shut up, he just had something in his eyes and it was bothersome. He stumbled to his feet and practically bolted in to Axel's arms, wrapping his around the redhead and burying his face in to Axel's chest.]

[rubs Sora's back, wrapping his arms around him, quite surprised by the reaction]

Sora, what's the matter?

[He sniffled softly, shaking his head so he could try to get his throat to stop constricting.]

I-I....I thought y-you left, I-I kept.

[Hiccup.]

-I kept waiting in our room and you never c-came, I just kept waiting..

[He clung to Axel a bit tighter, afraid that Axel would slip away if he let go. He'd faced more abuse-more harrassment but from another face instead of Saix and he was so scared that Axel would never come back..]

[He didn't want them, it didn't change anything. He barely had strength since the room was spinning, ignorign the dull throbbing in his head again and tried to beat on Axel's chest. It probably wouldn't do any damage-the boy had no muscle in his body.]

I-I needed you...I waited for months!

[It was safe to say that now he was crying. He hurt all over, his wrists hurt. Still bruised over from his last unexpected visit from Ansem, his whole body ached. Not wanting to stand, but unable to move from Axel's arms wound around him.]

Y-You told me..You told me I could find you if I stayed in the room-if I waited!

Oh god, Sora...

[he actually feels terrible, tears springing to his own eyes. he caught sight of those wrists and he bit his lips]

Gods Sora, what happened while I was gone?

[His voice had raised from so many emotions pouring out of him, shaking his head furiously.]

What does it matter to you?

Ansem came back and the first thing he does is harrass me, manipulate me, make me forget everything, and take everything away from me! It doesn't matter anyway, because you weren't even there when I needed you after it happened!

[He stopped short when he felt something wet hit his forehead, looking up through his blurred gaze from tears to see Axel's face twisted. His heart stopped, opening and closing his mouth when no words came out. His angry outbursts were done, he'd stopped pounding on Axel's chest, and he stopped thinking about what had happened.]

I don't know what happened... I wasn't here. I was lost... surrounded by darkness. There were people there, but I never saw them, only felt and heard them. They were... most cruel.

[It's been a long time since he's seen Ri. He turned around and sat up slowly to make sure his head didn't explode, flashing a smile.]

[Whines, shaking the water off of his hand. He can has present?]

[He wrinkled his nose, pouting a little.]

[And look who just happens to be walking by. But what is this? Not even so much as a look in your general direction. Was it a trick? Or was he avoiding you? Either way, he is wearing swimming trunks... ]

[Yeah, okay-he knew his fever was messing with him. He was hallucinating, that was it. This was a trick his mind was playing on him to torture himself. His eyes peered over at the dark-skinned man, drawing lazy circles on the pools surface still before bringing his wet hand to his temple. Maybe if he cooled down a bit more, this hallucination would disappear.]

[If only a body this perfect were a hallucination...

He slipped into the pool slowly. It had been so long since he had been in a pool, it felt perfect. So he just begins doing laps, trying to get his sea-legs back, all the while, ignoring Sora. ]

[Okay...Maybe it was Ansem. The ripples that were forming from the 'hallucinations' laps in the water were evidence. Well, he was being ignored anyway and he really had no energy at the moment to try and argue. Not that he had anything to argue. So he'd simply watch, leaning over the pool's edge to dunk his head under for a few seconds and come back up, shaking out the excess water so his hair could bounce back in to place.]

[He swims by you slowly...perhaps he glanced at you? No, just turning around, swimming back to the other side, underwater the whole way. ]

[His ears twitched, lifting his gaze to catch Ansem turning around. Why was he so restless all of a sudden? He didn't know why, but he despised the silence right now. He wasn't happy with just listening to the water slosh against the pool's walls from the small waves being created as Ansem swam past. He wanted so desperately to break the silence, but he didn't know what to say.]

.....

[He opened his mouth just to close it, quietly watching the other again.]

[If he had spoken, Ansem wouldn't be able to hear him from underwater. But once he reached the other side, his head lifted out of the water. If you are going to say something, better say it now, Sora~ ]
