[there is a fully grown, rather disgruntled looking dark blue chocobo making its way down a hallway. every so often its feathers ruffle in irritation and it lets out an almost grumbling wark. it is very much Not. Happy. mostly because it's used to being human.]

[he was just walking out of a room, minding his own business, and there's an animal in the hallway. tsk.]

[stops when he spots Larxene, warking and tilting his head. best to keep up the animal act, right?]

[rolls his eyes and pulls the door shut behind him, waving at hand at the chocobo.]

[looks at him quizzically before stepping out of the way. he doesn't go any further, though.]

[Oh look. An older Roxas walking side by side to another fully grown chocobo. Roxas doesn't think anything of the other chocobo, but Al however stops dead in his tracks and warks at him.]

[warks back, flapping his wings a few times. Can you understand me?]

[Nods his head a bit. Yeah. You're not a real chocobo, are you?

Roxas glances between the two, just watching.]

[shakes his head, letting his feathers settle. No, I got turned into one a little while ago.]

[warks, coming to a halt in front of him.]

[lets out another wark, sounding amused, before pecking very lightly at Sora's head.]

[Also walking down the hallway is Rikku!...The nice one. She blinks at the Chocobo before smiling and walking over.]

[rrrrrk. ruffles his feathers and looks her over to make sure she's not the sadistic bitch he ran into before.]

[nrrrr. lets his feathers settle, doing the bird equivalent of a shrug.]

[just returning to his (new) room after training... and startles when there's a huge bird in front of him all of the sudden.]
