[he caught sight of Namine running past outside to open door to the kitchen. he drops the fork, gets to his feet and run after her, wiping his mouth on the back of his hand.]

Namine?!

[he looks behind him to see if she's being chased before following her around the corner, stumbling to a stop.]

[She looks up at him, a look of fear crosses her features and she shrinks away from him. A little to panicked right now to recognize him right away.]

[he now understands how Namine felt when he freaked earlier. it hurts a bit, but he sits down in front of her.]

Namine. It's me.

[he's rummaging through his pockets to find a bottle of potion.]

Calm down.

[She blinks and finally seems to recognize him.]
R-Roxas?
[She might be shaking a little, from both pain and the leftover fear from being attacked.]

[he nods and manages to get the bottle out of his pocket and open it despite his hands shaking.]

Is it just your hand? Nothing else is injured, right?

[Might be looking down at the floor now to hide the bruise on her neck. She hasn't seen it, but she can definitely feel it. And she doesn't want Roxas to see it because he'll probably worry even more.]

[Also might have some bruising on her back from when she was bashed into the wall.]

[well, just the hand is bad enough. he puts the potion to her lips carefully.]

Drink it. It might not heal broken bones, but it's all I have at the moment. It will help with the pain.

[She can still use her left hand, but lets him feed her the potion. Shows how much she trusts him, doesn't it? He might notice the bruise on her neck when she lifts her head to drink though.]

[he bites his lip when he sees the bruise. it makes him think of the Namine he had talked to in the kitchen some days ago.]

That bruise should fade, too.

[he puts the now empty bottle to the side.]

Who did this?

[She bit her lip once she'd finished drinking the potion. She hadn't wanted him to see the bruise. She didn't want to answer that question either.]

[he didn't mean to shout. in fact, he almost never shouts. but now he did, and he blushes and looks away the moment he realizes it.]

[She blinks at him, surprised, before looking down again.]
...Roxas...
[Will he realize that she's actually telling him, or just think she's saying his name?]

I know you don't want me to go after this person. But you've got to tell me. Please.

[no, he's not realizing. sorry!]

[Looks up at him again. Darn your puppy eyes, Roxas! She bites her lip again, a sad look on her face.]
......A Roxas...
[Looks away again.]

[oh shit. excuse him while his mind sort of breaks for a moment.]

Oh no... I'm sorry.

[gives her a careful hug.]

Which Roxas was it? Had you met him before?

[Looks up at him sadly.]
Don't worry about it.
[Will carefully hug him back, trying not to bump her hand. She shakes her head slowly.]
No, I hadn't met him before.

[sighs and feels very uncomfortable with the knowledge that a Roxas would do this, if only because there were so many of them in here.]

How did he look? Did he act strange?

[he's so not going to let her go anytime soon.]

[She bites her lip again.]
He looked...Like a Roxas. He'd been hurt so I offered to help him, next thing I know he's attacking me.
[She's fine with that so long as she doesn't bump her hand...Hmm, she's gonna have to put that finger back in place later...]

[a suddenly dreadful idea that it might have been himself that attacked Namine and then blacked out hits him, but then he realizes she would have known him by his eyepatch.]

And he didn't... do anything to you? Except for the hand and your neck?

[And bashing here against the wall? Oh well, she wont tell him about that. She shakes her head.]
No, he didn't do anything else. Don't worry.
[Gives a small smile that he probably cant see due to the fact that he's still hugging her.]

[he'll just choose to believe her, then, taking a deep, shuddering breath.]

I thought I told you to keep out of trouble.

[Hugs him a little tighter.]
I know, I'm sorry.
[Oh gosh, fighting tears now.]

[he nods and is close to tears as well.]

It's okay. I'm sorry I wasn't there.

[She shakes her head again.]
Don't worry about it.
[She's saying that a lot today isn't she?]

[he slowly pulls away from her to give her some room, but his hands remain on her shoulders to assure him that she's still there.]

Find out exactly who did it. I'll kill him.
