[luckily this one hasn't bee effected by the latest spell, though her older self is wandering around in kidku's body somewhere. but she pauses as she passes by him, then glances back.]

[so far, Roxas has managed to miss just about every one of them, considering he spends a good amount of his time locked away in his room, but that doesn't mean it hasn't affected him at all.]

[swallows, fingers flexing a little at his side as he glances back at her.]

[and this is where things get awkward, because Roxas is no social butterfly. he shifts on his feet, glances sideways and opens his mouth as if he's about to say something, but then closes it and clears his throat.]

[he feels like an ass, really. it's not that he doesn't want to talk, because honestly, he doesn't mind talking. it's just that he doesn't really know how to without embarrassing himself or anyone else, so he's learned to keep his mouth shut most of the time.]

[sometimes she's a bit too friendly, but considering Roxas was one of her best friends back home, she can't really help it.]

[blinks, peering through his fingers. it takes him a moment or two to get his mouth working with his brain, but he gets there eventually.]
