[there's a Roxas, looking to be about seventeen, dressed in a school uniform that's probably quite familiar to Destiny Island inhabitants. he's got a cell phone to his ear and hasn't seemed to notice the change in surroundings as he walks through a door.]

Okay, I'll meet you there, I need to drop off my bag first- Riku? Hello?

[pulls the phone away from his ear, glancing down at the screen blinking 'lost signal' at him. it's then that he realizes the floor looks different than the one in the front hall of Sora's house, and looks up in shock.]

What-?

[... she's just going to nod. the thought of Rikus and Roxae getting along still doesn't seem right to her.]

Right. Well, don't be surprised if he shows up at some point.

[she's not sure she wants the explanation for this one, to be honest.]

Happens a lot around here.
dawnrise: (giving up already)

[no, really, that's okay.]

You say that now.

[rubs the back of her neck with her free hand, eying him a bit.]

Nevermind.

[shifts the box again.]

Look, find somewhere comfortable to stay and get used to it, because not many people ever make it out. There are free rooms all over the place.

[gestures to her left.]

Kitchen's that way. Someone else might give you the grand tour.
dawnrise: (I wouldn't be too sure of that)

You'll run across it sooner or later.

[and if he doesn't he can ask someone else, because she's walking again.]
