[In an empty room there's a open glass coffin that looks as though it could have been there forever. There's neither dust nor flowers, but inside there is a girl. A Kairi, in a long white gown with a glittering tiara.

Just like something out of a fairy tale, right? We'll just have to see if someone will take the time to wake her up.]

[peeks into the room, staring at the coffin curiously.]

Kairi?

[despite where she is, Kairi doesn't appear to be dead at all. looks as though she's asleep, Sora.]

[heads in quietly, leaning over the edge of the coffin with wide eyes.]

You alive in there?

[alive but not awake. you'll have to try harder than that.]

[reaches in and pokes her cheek.]

[that's enough to make her stir and turn her face away from that unwanted contact, thank you.]

[leans against the edge of the coffin, grinning a bit now that she seems alright.]

Kairiiii.

[so silly, Sora. fortunately his voice is stirring her further, and after a moment her eyes flutter open.]

[smiles brightly down at her. even if she's not his Kairi, he still likes Kairis in general since they tend to be pretty nice people (even if it's weird that they have his role, usually).]

Hi.

[blinks up at him with wide eyes.]

Sora? Where--

[starts to pull herself up gracefully, looking around in confusion.]

[leans back, rubbing the back of his head with a sheepish grin.]

I'm uh... not the Sora you know, but I can answer your question! We're in a place called the dressing room. It's some sort of crossroads between worlds.

[she's lost already, sitting up in the coffin and staring at him.]

Worlds...? How can you not be the same Sora? You look exactly the same.

Well, there are a lot of mes around, and most of us look pretty much the same. And as for the worlds thing, I'm guessing where you come from, traveling to different worlds isn't known?

I... see.

[shakes her head.]

I've never heard of such a thing.

Well, there are a lot of doubles here, all from different worlds. I can show you, if you want?

[another grin~!]

[laughs softly.]

I would be most grateful. For someone who says he isn't the same boy I know, you certainly act like him.

Well even if all the doubles are different people, a lot of us act really similar.

[holds out a hand for her to take.]

C'mon, I'll show you.

I can't imagine you any other way, to be honest.

[takes his hand with a smile and pulls her legs over the side of the coffin.]

... Do you know why I was in there again?

Again? No, I don't. I just came in here and there you were.

[once she's out, he'll start leading her out of the room and towards the more main area.]

I see. Well, I'm glad it wasn't a total repeat of history.

[walks close to him, eyes wide. this isn't familiar at all.]

How'd that happen the first time?

[--stops suddenly, tugging her close and pressing back against the wall as a redhead runs past with a shouted 'sorry!', a pair of dinosaurs of all things hot on his heels.]

...wow.

You know, in the castle--

[basically clings to him , eyes grown even wider at the sight of the dinosaurs.]

Who-- What were those?

No, I don't know.

[lets go of her once he's sure they're gone.]

Those were dinosaurs. Hope that guy's okay.

Oh...

[looks at him with a worried expression.]

We should help him.

[shrugs helplessly.]

I don't have a weapon.
