[After being nearly tortured mentally by an Axel and, just recently, physically attacked by a apprently still bitter Saix, this Namine has decided that she may want to take a break from the social scene here lest she get hurt again. She now has reverted to sitting and drawing in her little corner again, avoiding the world.]

[She sighs and rubs her neck, which is still sore from Saix grabbing it and choking her.]

Back to this, huh...

[He's still frowning. ]

... I wish I was a Healing God. Now you see how useless I am...

[Oh...Oh But wait! He places his hand on the ground and slowly lifts it. As he does, a small plant grows. Similar to the rose in it's shimmering colors. ]

I was not blessed with the specific gift to heal, but their are many plants in Nature that choose to lend their powers to ease pain. This plant tells me she can help. The petals are sweet like candy she tells me. ]

[He smiled. Feel free to try it if you want. He is not forcing it upon you. The plant begins leaning towards you a bit as if insisting to help. ]

[She watches as he brings another wondrous plant in their presence. smiling as it--or rather she--leans towards her, she looks at him.]

Trust me. You are anything but useless.

[bends down and reaches out her good hand tenatively.]

Do I...just pluck a leaf? I don't want to...hurt her.

Your concern is very much appreciated by her. But I did not demand that she help you... She wants to.

[He just smiles. The flower would be smiling to if she could...and it would hurt a little bit. But that was the sacrifice she was willing to make. ]

[Looks at him and then stares at the flower. She was lovely to look at and her generosity made her all the more charming. Contemplates leaving the flower alone when she feels the pain in her arm rise up again.]

O-ow...[winces slightly

She nibbles her bottom lip, feeling slightly guilty as she pulls of a petal, as gently as she can. I hope you can forgive me for that. holding the petal, she looks up at him. ]

How do I...use it? Do I eat it?

[Another frown at her pain, but then he smiles. ]

All you have to do is eat it. She tells me it will take a few minutes for the nutrients to reach the pain and ease it.

[nods] Okay.

[With faith, she opens her mouth and stuffs the flower petal inside. Chewing it, she realizes that the petal is sweet and psychologically she begins to feel okay. She swallows and smiles at the flowe.]

Thank you so much.

[ She gently reaches out and pets the flower in gratitude.]

[The flower slowly leaned over, bowing towards her. ]

She said, "You are very welcome."

[The flower slowly seemed to disappear into the ground... She was not gone forever though. Whenever Marluxia needed her power, she would again appear. But until then...sleepy time for her. ]

I hope it would relieve the pain you are experiencing...and I am sorry I could not do more.

[Watched as the flower retreated to her underground home and even waved a little.

She smiled at Marluxia.] You have done than I needed. Thank you. My pain's going away now.

[She wasn't lying. She could truly stretch her arms out now and not feel a thing.]

She's pretty amazing.

[He nods with a smile. ]

I will be sure to tell her next time she is awakened.

I can see why you get along with the plants so much.

As long as I can remember... I was born a God, but it was not until i matured until i learned that my true connection is with vines. That is why my mother always called me the Maestro of Vines because of what control I have over them.

[A small smile as he once again, he extends his hand, that same vine as before snaked out of his wrist and began coiling about on the floor until it was taller than the both of them combined. They almost seemed to be alive... ]

Though i connect with all of Natures plants...Vines are the type that seem to respond in all forms... Caring and loving, as i treat them... Or...

[He snapped his fingers and the vines suddenly sprouted sharp thorns, leaking some sort of fluid. When the fluid touched the ground, it made a loud sizzling sound... ]

This is what my 'Godly' power is. This is what can cause such great distruction and despair to an entire world. But I would never senslessly use it... Never.

[And another snap, and the thorns disappeared. ]

[Watches in utter awe as the vine plant grows above her, stretching her neck back to get the full scope of it.]

Amazing...A God with this kind of power...

[Steps back a bit in surprise as the thorns jet out, making sure to avoid any dropping acidic looking fluid.]

So they can either be your friend...or weapon?

[Smiles as the thorns disappear.]

If that's so, I'm glad you're a kind-hearted one.

...Yes, a weapon. But, more importantly to me anyway, a wonderful friend whom i respect...and in return, they would do anything to protect me... Even kill.

[He's used them a few times...and the destruction they can cause is b eyond anything he'd ever subject poor Namine to. Just down right horrid, really. ]

But as I said... Never unless it is necessary.

[Nods, understanding. Although she's come close to destruction herself, so it would not matter too much.]

I get it. They sound...zealous for you in a way, but mainly just because of your relationship with them I suppose.
