[There's a thin trail of darkness quickly evaporating in the hall, leading into a mostly empty room. Inside is that male Larxene on the floor propped against the wall, coat zipped low, sporting some very vicious-looking wounds. He's trying to open some sort of potion, but it's not proving that easy.

Larxenes? None to be found here of either gender. Only the signs of a quiet battle, perhaps.]

*he is still throwing off Dark Firagas, herding you into a corner before he comes at you with Soul Eater; he's doing all of this silently, which might be creepier than when he was ranting at you like a madman*

[lets out a frustrated noise and summons half of his kunai in one hand, because the other is almost too injured to hold them. no, no, no, he doesn't want to die--]

Why don't you get lost?

*sorry him killing you is totally on the menu and he can't miss this golden opportunity; here comes his blade, striking directly at your arm*

[just what he needs, for both arms to be totally useless - and it hits, unfortunately. while he does that, Larx is going to summon the remaining kunai with a grimace of pain and make a swipe for his face, because he isn't going to go down without a fight.]

*he doesn't dodge enough, which means you score a cut across his cheek, but that's just because he was getting close enough to slam Soul Eater into your ribs*

[gives a strangled, pained cry, doubling over and aiming to dig those kunai into wherever he can reach. with this much damage it doesn't really matter, so there's an aimed bolt of lightning coming down for Ri at the same time.]

*he has to bring up his arms to block the kunai strikes from hitting anywhere vital, but when the electricity hits him he clenches his teeth instead of screaming, managing to get out another Dark Firaga at your face*

[another pained and frustrated shout, and he jerks back, stumbling and holding his injured face.]

*is still twitching from the electricity, but if you look into his eyes, there's no sanity or anything to reason with, just a kind of blankness as he charges you with Soul Eater again*

[not quite resigned to the fact that he's likely dying even as they fight, flinging the weapons at him hard as he leaps back.]

You know I'll just come back!

*he just smiles, a cruel and bloodthirsty thing, when you say that; you can has a Dark Aura now, with him appearing and disappearing around the room, repeatedly slamming into you with his blade*

[he takes the full hit of each of those strikes, jerking from the force of each one and unable to retaliate.]

*and now for the killing blow, Soul Eater through your gut Y/N?*

[Y - to which he shouts out in pain, wisps of darkness already rising off of him.]

*he gives you another smile, which isn't very nice at all, and twists Soul Eater in your gut*

... be glad I'm not a sadist like you.

[chokes and grits his teeth, though his expression stretches into a pained grin, even as more of him starts to break apart, fading away.]

Don't-- flatter yourself. You're no different.

*have another point-blank Dark Firaga to help you on your merry way*

[that cuts off whatever he was about to say, but that's probably for the best. and then he's gone, disappeared into darkness.]

*once you disappear he starts shaking like a leaf and just... wanders off, still battered and bleeding but feeling quite good about himself*
