[scratches his head, looking a little sheepish.]

I'd end up coming back again, on the off chance it happened anyways.

Y-yeah, I've heard about the 'coming back' thing.

[Small smile.]

I'm just really glad you're okay, Kai.

[Gestures to the room she's opened.] This one, maybe?

[smiles back before peeking into the room.]

If you like it, then it's yours. Doesn't look occupied.

Awesome. [Starts going through drawers in a desk until - success! Pen, paper and sticky tape.]

'Haylee's room - permission needed to enter.' Perfect! [Sticks it on the door.]

You've got permission, of course, unless I'm changing. [Cheeky grin.]

[laughs.]

Don't worry, I'll knock first.

[Laughs too.]

Good plan. Now what've we got in this room... [Starts exploring the rest of the desk - books, pencils, decks of cards. This place is great!]

And whatever isn't in here, you can normally find somewhere else around. Like clothing.

[leans against the doorway.]

[Looks down at clothes.] Hmm. I should probably go looking for some soon. But first, let's explore the bathroom! [Starts dragging him to adjoining bathroom.]

[pff follows willingly. it's better than being dragged.]

[Good! Opening various cupboards and such. She loves finding stuff.]

[back to watching in amusement.]

You having fun there? [Rummage rummage - eww pineapple toothpaste what.]

[there's a bit of laughter in his voice.]

Good. [Finishes exploration.] Well, this seems a pretty good place. And if Penny ever shows up, we can drag another bed in!

This place at least lives up to its name in that there are plenty of closets full of clothing around.

[Follows. Opens a random door. Not a closet. Next door. Not a closet. Why are there none when you're ACTUALLY looking for them?]

[snicker.]

I know where there's one.

Oh, oh good. [Slams door. Useless thing. Glares at it.]

[laughs.]

Just follow me.

[leads the way to a walk-in closet, opening the door when they get there.]

[quite good. once again, he's just leaning against the doorway and watching.]

Take as much as you want, this place never runs out.

[By now has a couple of shirts and several pairs of pants.]
