Last time I was in there it tried to kill us. As for eating, it's been in there for... a while. Either it catches someone once in a while or it keeps dying and coming back.

Good plan. Though, if someone dies here, the place usually brings them back to life soon after. Sometimes they send them home first. Sometimes people who were dead before come here alive.
