[If one were to look carefully, they might find a rather roughed-up Ienzo slowly making his way through the halls. He's not carrying a box this time; it would be difficult when one of his arms is dangling to the side, broken. He's also rather bruised, and his hair's messier than usual.

Whatever happened, it must not have been enjoyable. Looks like someone could use medical attention or a healer, either way.]

[there's a very faint mewl from around the corner as an orange kitten turns into the hall, followed by his owner-- who stops dead in her tracks when she spots that injured form, eyes wide.]

Ienzo...?

[...oh no. He looks at her, and just frowns. Looks like he's got a black eye.]

...Hello, Kairi.

[practically runs over the poor kitten (who scrambles out of the way) to get to him, looking very much upset.]

What happened?!

I was attacked... it seems that the heartless from before is still intent on pursuing me.

You've still got your heart, right?!

[may be starting to look a little panicked, and moving forward to hug him anyway - on the side opposite the broken arm.]

[he'll lightly pat her head with his good arm]

Yes, all is well; fortunately I was 'rescued' to some extent.

[yeah, she's on her way to crying now, even though she's happy he's not a Heartless.]

Good!

[he understands... he'll just try his best to comfort her in spite of his current condition]

I apologize...

[buries her face in his side, gently turning her head from side to side.]

You didn't do it! We have t'get you to a doctor!

Mm, true, though I'm not even sure if any doctors reside within this world.

Someone'll know how! We can find Braig or grandma or...

[just takes his hand and starts to lead him down the hall.]

I can help.

[he'll go along, though slowly]

You gotta stop getting hurt, Ienzo.

[rubs at her face with her free hand, sniffling. Axel's trailing behind them silently, occasionally running ahead to pounce at Kairi's ankles as they pass.]

Mm, if only I were more capable of self defense...

[if his arm weren't broken, he'd be trying to cheer her up, but alas, it's just dangling.]

You can find somethin', right? There's lots of people around here who can help.

[sniffs again. she's trying not to cry.]

Perhaps I should spend more time with her. At any rate, she is at least capable of fighting, from what I understand.

[looks up at him with watery eyes, expression confused.]

..Ah, well, my... girlfriend seems to be capable of self-defense, and she did state that she would be my 'tank'.

Ohhhh.

[nods, continuing to 'lead' him, but looking down at the kitten trailing after their feet. Axel may be going for Ienzo's ankles now.]

You should bring her with you when you have to go places alone.

I suppose I'll need to speak with her about this. She does have a right to know.

[as for the kitten, he doesn't mind; fortunately his shoes protect his ankles]

*someone is not pleased to see injuries on friends*

I was unable to defend myself. Then again, I've never been the most physically capable...

*sighs a little bit*

Come on, let's get you fixed up. I can cast Cure on you, and we can get potions if you need more than that.

Mm, very well. Considering the lack of doctors, I suppose it's a valid alternative.

Well, stand still then.

*casts Cure on you! he's not the best at healing, but it should do*

[not quite enough to completely heal him, but it's a start. His arm's at least in better condition than it was, and he's less bruised.]

You're welcome. At least it did something, since I'm kinda crap at healing. Let's get you to a bathroom to clean up and I'll get some potions for the rest.

It's something you have to ease into, I think. You can get cleaned up or whatever. I'll go find some potions and bring 'em back.

*well he's dashing out to get those potions; and then he's back again with an armful, because he overreacts like that*

[have a ff7 soldier aeris. although at the moment, she's wearing a plain shirt and jeans she found in a closet somewhere and her expression looks like any other canon aeris's...]

[takes a handful of materia out of a little bag wrapped around her waist.]

[eyes the materia with fascination]

Well, I was attacked earlier by an individual who, quite frankly, has been pursuing me for more than a month.

[she finds a nice spring green materia- she puts the rest of the materia away inside of the bag, and casts Full Cure on him.]

Oh. Who? And what the heck's up with all the fighting around here?

[ah, much better. Hooray for repaired limbs]

Ah, thank you. As for the fighting, it mainly relates to creatures known as 'heartless'.

Heartless? Does that have anything to do with "Nobodies"?
