[After a while, sitting in your room got to be really dull. He wasn't suppose to leave alone, but Axel was off somewhere. Roxas sighed. How did Axel expect for him to just sit here? Oh well... The blonde had taken to walking around the room, cleaning, of all things. What actually needed to be done more was laundry, but... it wasn't like he had a machine in the room. Roxas kicked one of the last soiled cloaks into a pile of dirty clothing before sitting down on the bed, kicking his feet idly. This sucked.]

Figures the one time Axel isn't around is when he says I can't go anywhere without him...

[Sora had been waiting. He didn't want to confront Roxas when Axel was nearby, because Axel could actually risk attacking him, and Sora didn't like the idea of that. He could probably fight Axel off enough to escape, but that would defeat the purpose of confronting Roxas in the first place. So he'd waited. When he knew Axel had left and he'd have time, Sora headed for the room.

Knocking on the door was pointless. He was angry and he wanted to yell at his Nobody. He practically kicked open the door.]

[jkshkhdgj angry Sora suddenly in room, what? Roxas nearly jumps out of his skin when the brunette forces the door open, jumping to his feet. Oh crap.]

[Wrong answer, Roxas. Getting defensive about it just convinces Sora further. If you'd have said that yeah, you could feel, he probably would have reconsidered. Maybe not changed his mind, but reconsidered.]

[Roxas had opened his mouth to say something, but he became much more focused on trying to avoid Sora's hand. Moving to the side got his chest out of the way, but Sora's thumb brushed his arm - and that was all it took.]

[There was that same flash of light as Roxas staggered backwards, form flickering violently as he started turning translucent.]

Sh-shit... I don't... [Roxas backs into the wall, sliding down it.]

[It was a weird feeling, nearly becoming whole. He'd almost stumbled when Roxas tried to move out of the way, and definitely stumbled when that flash of light seemed to send a jolt through him. Sora stayed on his feet, though, unlike Roxas, who he looked down at.

H-he... Wasn't sure what to do, now. He really should have thought this through. The look on Roxas' face...

No. He should finish what he'd started.]

[He'd been down the hall when a burst of light flared out of their room. That couldn't be good. The comic books and such he'd been off finding so Roxas wouldn't be bored out of his skull while they spent the next few days hiding out were forgotten and dropped.]

No...

[Axel had never gone down that hall so fast. He was there and grabbing Sora roughly around the arm before the brunet had even taken another step. A harsh tug and he pulled the keyblade weilder back, a safe distance from Roxas, and probably throwing Sora off balance. He didn't care.]

Roxas...! [He knelt by the blond, hesitant to even touch him, then turned angrily on Sora.]

[Roxas couldn't manage to glare at Sora, as much as he wanted to. His eyes were just fixed on him as he stared, still flickering violently. He could feel the life being sucked out of him... it hurt. Roxas' breathing had gone ragged - he didn't - he didn't want to die like this.]

[His vision was going in and out of focus when Sora was suddenly yanked out of of sight, replaced by someone else - Axel - that's right it was Axel. He managed to will his hand to move and latch onto Axel's wrist.]

I don't...

Axel has an alarm that goes off in his head every time Roxas is in trouble

[Sora hadn't expected that. At all. He yelped as he was pulled backwards. Axel's grip around his arm was painful. Sora stumbled back and hit the floor hard, disoriented for a moment, then all of a sudden Axel was glaring at him, angrier than Sora had ever seen anyone, and shouting.

He scrambled to get to his feet. This is exactly what he'd been trying to avoid.]

[Axel had been about to get to his feet, one of his chakrams had already been summoned and tiny tendrils of flame flicked agitatedly around it, but Roxas' hand on his wrist stopped him. Reminded him how irrational he was being. Would he really kill Sora? He turned back to Roxas.]

[The short moment where he thought Axel was going to get up and move away made him panic. Not that he wasn't already panicked from the fact that he was flickering and getting more opaque by the second, but it made it worse. If Roxas was going to die there, he at least wanted Axel to cling to.]
