[kids sure do bring up strange things, and unfortunately for Ienzo, lil' Kairi brought up something that was, for the most part, best left unsaid. Therefore, he's positioned himself in the library, on one of the couches and is trying to keep his mind off of her rather...bold statements

Oh, Kairi...there you are.

[smiles, walking over to flop down on the couch next to him.]

[he'll scoot on over, then, to give her more room]

Have you been enjoying yourself thus far?

I have, thank you. It's been a nice break from all the... well, everything. What about you?

Mm, I've been enjoying it for the most part. Though... I admit that I was in an odd situation earlier.

What do you mean? Did something happen?

Well, my friend asked me a rather...odd and personal question.

[frowns a bit, growing curious.]

Like what?

She wanted to know if we had any children...

[...blink. a-aw, she can't help but smile a little.]

I see.

It's understandable, really, and certainly to be expected, though... that isn't all she said.

Well, if you told her about us, I can see why she'd ask. ...What else did she say?

She believes that we should have children... while in this timeline.

[--give her a few seconds to just stare.]

...Here. In the past.

She claims that it would be 'safe', but, even so, it seems to be a bit much.

Well, it probably would be safer. But, wow.

[amused.]

You're taking this awfully lightly. I'm a bit surprised, honestly.

[sigh]</i After all, it's a rather bold statement.

I... think I'm not really sure what to think about that. I just imagined what kind of effect that would have on the future. Our time.

It is quite the predicament... then again, how would our own being here affect things?

[leans against the back of the couch, shrugging.]

I've been trying to avoid doing anything that could mess up our time too badly.

Likewise. Our presence alone is enough to unbalance the stability here.

[nods.]

You're right. It's hard to know what to do and what not to. Well, Heartless aside.

Well, if it's any indication, nothing has happened to us in particular, so we must be doing well enough.

That's true. We seem to be the same, to me.

Chances are, we'll be alright...though in a way we've created a time paradox.

We did, didn't we?

Well, yes. After all, our younger selves have seen us.

You're right about that. It's kind of strange, even. I'm mostly worried about us doing something here that would directly affect them.

[but she's grinning slightly as she says this.]

We'll have to be wary, but what could affect them directly?

That's the one thing I'm not so sure about.

In that case, we'll have to take extreme caution for now...though that shouldn't stop us from enjoying our time here.

Definitely not. But, do you think we'll ever go back to our time?

Only time will tell. For now, we'll need to adapt and adjust. On the positive side, our being here won't have to great of an effect on our own time since this is the past, as opposed to the future.

True... Can you imagine if our younger selves had been brought to our time, instead?

It could be disastrous... after all, if anything were to happen to them...

We'd be in big trouble.

[she's just going to rest her chin in one hand as she thinks about this.]

Then again, death is short lived here... so perhaps we'd be spared.

That is true. More people seem to be revived than the ones that stay dead. Still... We're lucky that's not what happened.

Quite. More importantly, I'm glad that we haven't lost our hearts again.

[peeking from behind a shelf.]

Oh... are you alright?

I'm fairing well enough. More or less, I had a rather...strange conversation.

[quirks her head to the side.]
