[Roxas is looking rather concerned as he passes through the dressing room's hallways, on a mission to find someone. While he rubs his forearm, he winces. That burning sensation is new to him, different than any frost bite he's ever felt before, and the brand there leaves him with a lot of questions. But for how he's keeping it hidden under his hand and hurrying along.]

[ooc: mostly for Nami, but anyone else can comment and we can has battle!]

Roxas?

[Nami's own mark is easy to see, as it's only half hidden right now, by hair- it's on the side of his neck. it's pure coincidence that he's in this particular part of the DR.]

[Coincidence? I THINK NOT-- I mean.

Roxas stops and turns immediately at the sound of his voice.]

Nami! Hey, what's going on?

I think there's a spell happening.

[He readjusts his grip on his arm.]

Apparently. I can't use my powers.

Neither can I.

[when the brand appeared, he'd tried to open a portal to go ask someone else about it, but it hadn't worked at all.]

[He finally takes notice to Nami's brand and steps closer.]

You have one of these too?

Yes. But as far as I've heard, not everyone has the same one.

[Roxas hesitates, staring at him with that same confused expression, before finally offering up his forearm to show him his.]

We do...

[he tilts his head a bit in confusion.]

Do you think there are... groups, maybe? We've been sorted into different ones? Maybe we should look for more people with this mark.

[He nods, thinking over the possibilities.]

Good idea. I passed a couple people on the way here and they all had different marks. My Namine and Little Roxas both had different marks too...

What do you think is the point of this? What would we have to do in groups?

Protect each other? I'm not sure. Maybe there's more to the spell and it just hasn't shown up yet.

Yeah, probably.

[He turns and looks around, but no one seems to be in the immediate area, so he looks back to Nami.]

[leading in any way isn't something he's used to doing, but sure.]

[Roxas is staying right at his side anyways, keeping in step with him.]

You don't think these marks are permanent, do you?

Probably not. Even if this spell were to last longer than usual, I wouldn't think the marks would stay for longer than a week.

Good. Not my ideal tattoo.

Looks pretty badass there, though, I have to say.

[he laughs a bit.]

[he shakes his head with a chuckle.]

[His smile falters when he suddenly notices the random dressing room residents hanging about in pairs. All pairs seem to have completely different symbols from the others, he comes to realize as he watches two of the couples begin to battle, prompting Roxas to stop in place.]

Uh oh...

....oh.

[well, that's significantly worse than any idea he would have come up with.]

[He might have stepped in front of Nami unconsciously as the one of the pairs ends up losing the battle in a dramatic fashion.]

Maybe we should get out of here.

...Yes, that sounds like a good idea.

[he's backing up, feeling even more vulnerable than normal without the option to simply portal away.]
