Riku! Riku! Where'd you go? Riiikuuuu! I ran into this blond guy and he almost disappeared, Riku!

[He's decided to see what all the commotion is about, since he was trying to find the kitchen, but if there's a Sora in trouble, that's a little more important. As Riku rounds the corner, he runs right into Sora, but he catches the brunette by the shoulders before either of them fall over.]

Sora? What's wrong? What happen?

Riku! Th-there was this guy--Roxas! His name was Roxas! He was gonna help me find some clothes that fit and I went to shake his hand and he went all see-through! [speaking a million miles a minute, freaking out. He didn't know what he'd just done or why and he didn't mean to hurt him! He really didn't mean it!] This other guy with red hair showed up--they were both wearing coats like yours! And... Oh, Riku, I think I hurt him... I didn't know I could do that!

[Oh geez. Sora's talking way too fast for Riku to really understand a word he's saying. Something about Roxas... wait, Roxas? Riku's putting a hand on the top of Sora's head, trying to get him to calm down a little, while his other hand in still on Sora's shoulder.]

Sora, calm down... just take a deep breath. I'll help you, but you need to explain what happen, slowly. Alright? [pet pet]

[Deeeep breath, deeeep breath. Right. Calming down.]

I don't know what happened! [or not] I don't know! I can't remember anything and I just... He touched my hand and just started to disappear! It was like it hurt him!

And I saw some things... Like, things about me. That I didn't know! It's like he had my memories, Riku! But he started to disappear and I ran and, oohhhh, I hope he's okay, Riku...

[Even if Sora isn't exactly talking any slower, Riku's got a pretty good idea of what happened. He hadn't expected that they would find the Roxas they needed here, or at least so quickly... but Sora had said a red haired guy showed up. Probably Axel. That was going to be troublesome. He just pats Sora on the head though.]

I know you didn't mean to hurt him Sora. But listen, that blonde, Roxas, he's your Nobody. At one of the world's you visited, you got turned into a Heartless to protect Kairi, and Roxas was created from that - he's like your other half. That's why he has some of your memories Sora. If we find him again, you can merge with him, and you will have some of your memories back...

What...? Nobody? [Sora closes his eyes, tight, trying to remember, trying so desperately to remember. He feels like he should know this! Guh! He doesn't like being so clueless like this, it makes him feel so stupid...]

I'm sorry. I panicked. He's... My other half? But I thought Namine was supposed to be able to restore my memories, not this Roxas guy...

Nobodies are just the shells that Heartless leave behind when they steal someone's heart, Sora. They don't have hearts, they don't have emotions, and they don't really exist. [pet pet, it's okay Sora, Riku knows you aren't stupid]

It's okay Sora. I should have told you about Roxas sooner. Namine is the one who is going to restore your memories, it's just that Roxas holds a lot of those memories, and for her to put all your memories back together again, we need Roxas.

But he does too exist. He was there! [presses his head against Riku's chest] He wasn't just some Heartless or something. He was trying to help me.

[Riku's not going to argue that, he knows Sora isn't going to let him win that argument. Roxas was trying to help him though, huh? Now that he thought about it, DiZ was the one who had told him about how Nobodies were. He didn't think he trusted DiZ fully. He just moves the hand that was on Sora's shoulder to curl around the brunette's back.]

... Yes, he'd disappear, for the most part. He might still exist inside of you, but...

[Sora can only shake his head at that.] Nuh-uh, Riku, I can't do that to someone.

I-- [bites his lip, leaning against Riku, now] I don't understand. I don't get it. How could I take his very existence from him?

I don't know what to do. This is all too confusing...

[Gives Sora a soft squeeze - poor kid. This is why Sora was supposed to be asleep for this part... he was too selfless for his own good.] He's a hollow shell. Roxas is just part of your existence, wandering freely and aimlessly.

You don't have to decide now. As long as you don't go near him for a while, he won't deteriorate any more than he has.

I'm sure he'll be fine. There's lots of people around who can help him. The red-haired guy is named Axel... He was panicked though?

[pats Sora on the head] I can go check on Roxas, if you want?

Y-yeah, Axel was--Do I know him!? He was at the castle, wasn't he? [groans and clutches at his head] Ugh, this is so messed up!

At Castle Oblivion? Yeah, I'm fairly certain Axel was there... [runs fingers through Sora's hair] Don't worry about it. Maybe we can find a Namine here who can help you.

[s-sort of realizes that he's still definitely got an arm around Sora, oops - he drops the arm and steps back awkwardly, ruffling Sora's hair before removing his hand from the other's brunette spikes as well]

[Aww, awkward Riku is awkward. It's okay, oblivious Sora is almost completely oblivious. Almost. Not that he really minded? He isn't sure. He doesn't remember. D: He steps away from Riku, offering a weak smile in return] Still, I really appreciate it.

Now go find Roxas. I'm worried...
