[Had plans on warming up something in the microwave...only to discover, in his haste, one of those pesky scaled beasties lurking within.
Either someone had a sick and twisted humor and the dragon infestation was finally breaking one of the residents....or these serpents had odd methods of warming themselves up. Either way, that wouldn't have been fun if he'd not been paying attention.]
Psst~.
[The critter is given an affection tap on the tail and promptly skitters out with a huff and puff from it's prior hovel. No sooner does it appear, said imp is slinking off into the rest of the kitchen with a few angry chirps. A sudden damp chill is felt which draws him back to the task at hand, and quite promptly the redhead finds his soon-to-be beverage split. All over his shirt-front, in fact, thanks to the microwave door. For an assassin, he was slipping on that whole hand-eye coordination thing.]
...Right. Perfect.
Because I am cursed with being eternally despised by small hot-tempered -things-.
