[Rip. Tear. Only gauze, fortunately. There's a rapidly dwindling roll of it on the table next to where she's sitting down. Fairly noticeable...if you can ignore the puddles of dark, wispy blood on the wooden surface. And the stained pieces of gauze scattered haphazardly across it.

The Nymph herself has a sleeve pushed up above her elbow, and she's making incisions in the skin with one of her kunai. She quickly wraps a new piece of gauze around the wound and watches the dark stain grow, her lips moving like she's counting. After it stops, she unwraps the gauze and tosses it aside. The skin beneath looks like it's never been cut.]
