They made eye contact. He smirked. He knew.

So Roxas ran.

He felt sick to his stomach and his vision blurred, chest aching from running so hard. And he tripped, landing hard.]

[Xemnas, of course, did not run. He knew Roxas was weak, he always has been. He would fall, exhaust himself. Then he could not fight and would submit with relative ease.

[winces at the touch, shuddering violently. He tried to sit up or move away, but he couldn't. Gritting his teeth he glared at him, not saying a word]

[hesitates, he did not do well with physical contact, and he had to keep reminding himself that Riku was not going to hurt him. so after a shaky sigh he took the offered help and got to his feet]

[nods, keeping quiet. idly rubbing his arm or fidgeting with the hem of his shirt, all of these are nervous habits of him. after a moment he cleared his throat before speaking, tone of voice is a little shaky]
