[Looks like Zanren and Roxas have found a room big enough for a dragon to fly. Zanren's stretching his wings, and complaining of boredom. Roxas is tuning him out and working on with his twin keyblades, he's got the tips of them lit on fire and is doing one of the more involved katas he'd been taught. Finally, having enough of Roxas ignoring him, Zanren addressed the entire room.]

Anyone up for flying?

Zanren, you're asking for trouble.

['scuse me, sorry, but you've got this one intrigued.]

Flying?

[Here, have an eight foot tall black dragon looking at you. Even Roxas stopped and looked towards him.]

Yes. I can fly in this room. Was wondering if anyone would like to fly.

He's quite fun to fly. And there's a saddle, so you won't fall off.

[he just. stares. for a moment. then he tears his eyes away and looks at Roxas.]

Did he just...talk?

[not like he doesn't know weirder.]

Oh, uh. Flying? Can you do that indoors?

[Zanren grumbled at that, but Roxas just laughed and nodded.]

Yea, he can talk, sometimes he doesn't shut up.

This room is big enough to at least circle it. I'd prefer bigger, but it's enough to stretch the wings.

I can really ride..?

[this Sora has never even dreamed of flying, even though he could paint himself a dragon if he wants.]

[Roxas grinned, and Zanren nodded, hunkering down and holding out a leg for Sora to climb up on.]

If you want. He doesn't mind. Just climb up onto his back and sit in the saddle.

[has his small group of dragons flying and trotting and riding along with him, smiling at the two]

Really?

[Roxas finished his kata and wiped the sweat from his brow and looked at Sora. Zanren flicked Roxas on the back with his tail and nudged him.]

Sure, we can take you up. If you want to that is. I don't think we can fit all the little ones though. Will they be ok alone for a bit?

[nods and smiles, but the little white promptly flies over (and into) Zanren and perches on his shoulder]

Uh, can that one come too?

[Roxas laughed as Zanren chirped and talked to the little white one.]

Yea, he can come too.

[Zanren hunkered down, holding out a leg for them to climb up on.]

Just watch how Roxas climbs up, then follow him.

[Suiting actions to words, Roxas climbed up Zanren's leg and to the saddle perched on his back, the saddle was big enough to fit two people.]

[does follow, hoping that his dragons could stay out of trouble for a little while, and scoots up behind Roxas, holding onto him very, very lightly, like he was afraid to touch the other]

Good?

[Roxas smiled, and Zanren was busy talking to the other little ones, telling them to mind their manners.]

You can hold on a little tighter if you want, you won't break me.

We ready for take off?

[fsj;a holds tighter, nervous]

[Roxas chuckled and patted Sora's hands.]

It's going to be ok, we've done this tons of times. Zanren, we're ready.

Right. Off we go.

With a mighty push of his legs and his wings going, Zanren took to the air, circling the ceiling of the area.

....O...okay.

[flks;k holds on tighter once they take off, and he hides his face in Roxas' shoulder at first]

[Zanren is just lazily flying in circles, not wanting to scare Sora by his usual stunts. He's really well behaved. Roxas chuckled and patted Sora's hands again.]

It's ok, Sora. Zanren won't let us get hurt. You can look around.

[has been peeking every so often, but slowly relaxes, still holding Roxas tight]

And you do this all the time?

[Roxas looked over his shoulder as Zanren did a slow dive, then righted himself slowly.]

Every day for the past several months. I had just graduated and gotten partnered with Zanren a few months ago. We were to learn all about each other and learn how to work together before our real training started.

[;lj;kkjafjk draws in a sharp breath at the dive, but he's more excited than scared]

This is awesome, either way.

[Roxas laughed.]

Yea, it is awesome.

Any time you want to fly feel free to let me know.

What? No, no, this is fine. I wouldn't want to like....be a bother.

[is looking everywhere now, arms still tight, but he's grinning]

[Roxas looked back at him, and grinned.]

You wouldn't be a bother, Sora. It's part of our practice to fly together and with other people, you'd be helping us out.

.....Oh.

[blinkblink]

Really? Okay...then, if you're uh, sure?

[Roxas and Zanren both chuckled as Zanren made another circuit of the room.]

Sure we're sure. Anytime you want to fly, just let us know.

Yes, we'll be happy to take you up.

[ffalkj leans with it, figuring out how the large dragon moved]

Really? O-okay, awesome, yeah, I totally will 'cause--

[stops rambling]

[Roxas chuckled, and Zanren started towards the ground.]

Well, the offer is open. I hope you do take us up on it.

[nods, then realizes he can't see that]

Alright, thank you--

[Zanren comes in for a landing, and folded his wings back. Roxas turned to look at Sora.]

Next time we'll fly longer, I just wish we had access to somewhere outside, that'd work wonders. If you want to watch our flight training sometime, just let me know. We've already done it for today.

[smiles as he slides off]

I will, thank you both.

[scritching Zanren in thanks]

[Zanren let out a dragon type purr at the scritching, and Roxas laughed.]

Anytime, Sora. Thanks for being so kind to us.
