It is bothersome sometimes. Being taken seriously is occasionally difficult, even within the Organization, when I'm clearly ranked as the newer member's superior. But it makes some missions easier.

I have not been here long, and just now speaking up does not mean that I only just noticed. Your logic is slightly flawed.
